English Gardens on Hall Road has an amazing staff. I Recently made a trip to English Gardens to purchase one particular item. After a few days, I realized that I lost my bracelet somewhere. I looked everywhere.. as a last resortI called English Gardens to say this is such a longshot, but is there any chance that you found a piece of jewelry. I spoke with Paula.. She said yes, we have it. Liberty found it and turned it in.. I was so happy. Honestly, this never happens.. I just wanna give a shout out to the Amazing staff…Liberty…amazing character… And to Paula and Amy who helped make sure it stayed in a safe place. English Gardens you came thru for me, I needed 5 rolls of sod and you had it! Matt rolled up 5 for me and put it in my pick up. He's a very nice young man that answered all my questions. Thank You English Gardens....I did use the free lady bug packet! Thanks Again

Wow! Originally, I had so many nice things to say about this place, but finding out after purchasing a plant almost $200 and following the directions, bringing it in for the winter into my home and it's still dying. They refuse to swap it out for a different one. I have agave and all the tropical plants, including my vast supply of canna lilies, I know what I am doing... I'm very well aware of how to take care of these and I'm highly experienced. So usually Lowe's or Home Depot has a 1-year return policy. I was excited to find this beautiful plant at English Gardens, so I jumped at the opportunity and spent a lot of money on it. Regardless of me doing everything that it said to do on the tag, they're refusing to replace it with the same item. I'm not asking for money. I'm not asking for anything. All I want is the exact same plant, just not a dead one. That's truly unfortunate. We have over 3 acres of land with expensive rose bushes, Japanese maples, fruit trees, and annuals. The annuals alone cost us almost $600 per year to fill all this space. This doesn't even include the mulch, sculptures, fountains, orchard tree treatments, or the love and care I once had for them.You should n

This store is conveniently located at Hall Rd and Garfield making it an easy stop when out eating or shopping. There is always a wide selection of items for your home and garden needs. The items to select from are unique and generally of high-quality. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking. One star removed for their obnoxious request for my phone number in order to be able to return something or God's knows what for. I fought this intrusion on my privacy years ago when they started doing this, now I surrender and give the number but I sure do hate it! Also, their stupid slip of paper for a discount is a waste of their time and mine as there are too many restrictions to save the sliver of paper. Come back several weeks later, make sure the item isn't on sale already, blah, blah, blah - I used to bother to save these coupons but now I just toss them aside. The prices are high and these 2 things really bother me but the location and selection are very nice.

My family loves this place so much few of us have applied for jobs. It's our go to place to first stop here to check out all the goods and then travel around to compare. We always circle back to EG for our great finds. Just wish they opened earlier on Saturday. I'd be in and out of there by now, 9am is too late on a Saturday for us early birds need to fill these pots! Always got a project going on!
